“ Haiku: Banh Cuon Luu Luyen A tasty street food Rice flour rolls filled with meat Dip in the fish sauce. --- These little treats were a delight to eat, savory, and delicious. You know a place is good when it's filled with Vietnamese customers and a constant flow of take-out orders. We got the #1 Banh Cuon Combination. The rice flour was silky smooth (not hard), and the pork and shrimp filling was generous and tasty. Dipping in the fish sauce is a must and really adds to the umami taste. If you're curious about how they make these little gems, you can peek at their kitchen near the back of the restaurant. It's an unassuming place tucked away in the back corner of an office plaza. Parking is easy to find, but the restaurant is small, so it's not ideal for groups more than 6. ”
“ This is a small store that can get busy on the weekends, but we only had to wait 20 minutes on a Saturday at lunch time. There's plenty of parking in the plaza. The banh cuon was good. Large portions for a good price. However, the banh tom was not good. The sweet potato was cut too large. I'm used to them cut more like hash browns. ”

They all loved it! The restaurant is a bit small, but my family of 5 was able to fit comfortably. There was a bit of a wait, and saw many people come and go. Many to go orders. Located in a parking lot, which makes parking easy! ”
